200800062 Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, respectively; thence leaving the northerly high bank of said Middle Channel of the Platte River and proceeding S 26020'59" E a distance of 1927.42 feet to a point, which point is on the thread of the stream of the channel of the Platte River located north of Government Lot 6 in Section 18, Government Lots 1 and 2 in Section 19, and Government Lot 6 in Section 17, all in Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, said Government Lots 1 and 2 in said Section 19 being located in the northern half of said Section 19 (such channel of the Platte River located north of said government lots being hereinafter referred to as "the TNC Channel"), which point is the ACTUAL PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence proceeding downstream in a northeasterly direction in the TNC Channel for the following five (5) courses: N 73002'49" E a distance of 82.95 feet; N 72024'59" E a distance of 1000.75 feet; N 66051'53" E a distance of 1004.04 feet; N 63057'37" E a distance of 1578.49 feet; and N 89006'36" E a distance of 807.56 feet to a point, which point is the point of termination, and which point is located north of Government Lot 6 in Section 17, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska (said line being hereinafter referred to as "TNC's North Boundary Line") . 3. TNC's North Boundary Line is the thread of the stream of the TNC Channel. 4. TNC shall forthwith execute, acknowledge and deliver to the City of Wood River, c/o its attorney of record in the Boundary Line Suit, Patrick A. Brock, a disclaimer of interest in the form and content of that, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A", and by this reference incorporated herein. The City of Wood River shall forthwith, upon such delivery, cause such disclaimer of interest to be filed with the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in the Boundary Line Suit. 4
