<br />(2) There was filed for record on May 22, 2007, as Instrument No.
<br />200704143, a Notice of Default in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and of election to sell the property to satisfy the obligations secured thereby
<br />and thereafter notice of the filing of the Notice of Default was sent in the statutory
<br />manner to all persons entitled to a notice thereof, without limitation, as follows:
<br />
<br />(a) Said Notice of Default was sent by certified mail and U.S. mail with
<br />postage prepaid with the recording date of such Notice of Default shown thereon
<br />to Trustors on May 25, 2007.
<br />
<br />(3) Thereafter the Grantor executed its Notice of Trustee's Sale, stating that it,
<br />as Trustee, would sell at public auction to the highest bidder the property hereinbefore
<br />described, fixing the time and place of the sale as August 14, 2007, at 1:00 p.m., in the
<br />lower level of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska, and caused copies
<br />of such notice to be published once a week for five consecutive weeks in The Grand
<br />Island Independent, a newspaper printed, published and of general circulation in the
<br />County of Hall, Nebraska. The first date of publication was June 29, 2007, and the last
<br />date of publication was July 27, 2007 (at least ten days but not more than thirty days
<br />from the date of the sale described herein); thereafter, a copy of the Notice of Trustee's
<br />Sale was sent in the statutory manner to all persons entitled to a notice thereof, without
<br />limitation, as follows:

<br />(a) Said copy of Notice of Sale was sent by certified mail and U.S. mail
<br />with postage prepaid to Trustors on July 2, 2007, at least twenty days before the
<br />date of sale.
<br />
<br />(4) Thereafter on August 7, 2007, Trustors filed a Petition for Relief under
<br />Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court
<br />for the District of Nebraska. On August 23, 2007, Grantor and Trustors entered into a
<br />Stipulation for Relief from the Automatic Stay, wherein Grantor and Trustors agreed that
<br />the Automatic Stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. S 362 should be vacated, and that Grantor
<br />should be allowed to foreclose its Deed of Trust (the "Stipulation for Relief'). On August
<br />27, 2007, Grantor filed its Motion to Approve the Stipulation for Relief. Thereafter, on
<br />September 21, 2007, the Bankruptcy Court granted Grantor's Motion to Approve the
<br />Stipulation for Relief.

<br />(5) Thereafter the Grantor executed its second Notice of Trustee's Sale,
<br />stating that it, as Trustee, would sell at public auction to the highest bidder the property
<br />hereinbefore described, fixing the time and place of the sale as November 8, 2007, at
<br />1 :00 p.m., in the lower level of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and caused copies of such notice to be published once a week for five consecutive
<br />weeks in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper printed, published and of general
<br />circulation in the County of Hall, Nebraska. The first date of publication was September
<br />28, 2007, and the last date of publication was October 26, 2007 (at least ten days but
<br />not more than thirty days from the date of the sale described herein); thereafter, a copy
