<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF NEBRASKA, duly
<br />qualified under Neb, Rev, Stat. S 76.1003 to act as trustee, AS TRUSTEE under the
<br />deed of trust hereinafter described (herein the "Grantor"), for valuable consideration,
<br />hereby grants and conveys to VISIONCOMM VENDING, INC, (herein the "Grantee"),
<br />without representations or warranties of any kind, the following described real estate,
<br />together with all improvements thereon:

<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Riffel Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly
<br />described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No, 200308989,

<br />together with all easements and rights of way appurtenant thereto and all
<br />buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances now or
<br />hereafter placed thereon,
<br />
<br />Subject, however, to any unpaid real estate taxes and special
<br />assessments; and to easements, covenants, restrictions, and prior liens of
<br />record, if any.

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor by that
<br />certain Deed of Trust recorded on March 31, 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200403094 (herein the "Deed of Trust"),
<br />wherein Shelly M, Holen and Todd A Holen are the Trustors, and Home Federal
<br />Savings and Loan Association of Nebraska is named Beneficiary and Trustee, wherein
<br />the Trustors granted and conveyed to Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure certain obligations and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; and after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Deed of
<br />Trust authorizing this conveyance as follows:

<br />(1) Breach and default occurred under the terms of the Deed of Trust in the
<br />particulars set forth in the Notice of Default hereinafter referred to, which default
<br />continued until the time of sale,
