7. This offer is based on an as is property condition at time of final loan approval <br />and any damage caused by the Buyer during the time of residency is Buyer's <br />responsibility. Buyer agrees to maintain the heating, air conditioning, water <br />heater, sewer, plumbing and electrical systems and any built -in appliances in <br />working condition. <br />It is fully understood by both parties and agreed that this Agreement shall in no <br />manner be construed to convey title to said property but shall give right to take <br />possession and ownership thereof. <br />9.
