Ross and Courtney B. Ross, husband and wife, Trustor under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deed of HALL, Nebraska, on 8/1/2005 as instrument no. <br />0200507421 in Book xxx at Page xxx of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following <br />described real property, to wit: <br /> <br />2539 West 4th <br />Grand Island, NE 68803 <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7), West Heights Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the terms <br />of the Deed of Trust.
