<br />NEBRASKA, are a fee simple interest in Summerfield Estates Seventh Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a tract ofland consisting of unplatted land located in the
<br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W'i'2SWY4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West ofthe 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, all as surveyed and plat-
<br />ted and is more particularly described as recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. The lands submitted to this DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE
