Petitioner agrees to assume and pay the outstanding note and mort- gage on the premises in the approximate sum of $59,702.93 with First Federal of Lincoln. (b) All of the household goods and furniture of the parties. (c) All of the stock in Hall County Area Credit Bureau, Inc. (d) All of the cash presently in the savings accounts located in the Commercial National Bank and the gold of the parties. (e) The 1979 Honda, Serial No. SMRl093454. (f) Petitioner is further awarded all property, whether real of personal, not expressly awarded to Respondent. 4. Both parties agree to sign the necessary legal documents to effectuate the above enumerated transfer of property. 5. The parties further agree to pay equally the 1980 Income Tax liability. 6. Both parties agree to pay their own costs including attorney fees.
