McFEELY, <br /> <br />Respondent. <br /> <br />This matter came on for hearing on the 9th day of February, <br /> <br />1981. Petitioner and Respondent were both present in Court and <br /> <br />represented by their counsel of record. Evidence was presented <br /> <br />to the Court and the Court finds that the marriage is irretriev- <br /> <br />ably broken and should be dissolved. The matter of property <br /> <br />settlement was deferred until March 17, 1981, at which time a <br /> <br />verbal settlement agreement was dictated into the record and was <br /> <br />approved by both parties. The Court further finds that the <br /> <br />property settlement agreement dictated into the record by the <br /> <br />parties should be and hereby is approved. <br /> <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The marriage of the Petitioner and Respondent is irre- <br /> <br />trievably broken and the marriage is hereby dissolved. <br /> <br />2. Respondent is awarded: <br /> <br />(a) The sum of Ninety-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty <br /> <br />Dollars ($95,750.00) cash in lieu of other real estate, stock or <br /> <br />other personal property of the parties. <br /> <br />(b) His retirement account with the Grand Island Chamber <br /> <br />of Commerce in the approxima"te sum of Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred <br /> <br />Sixteen Dollars ($14,216.00). <br /> <br />(c) The 1979 Oldsmobile Serial No. 3N69N9X 202 253 and <br /> <br />agrees to assume and pay any encumbrance against the same. <br /> <br />3. Petitioner is awarded: <br /> <br />(a) The title to the following-described real estate is <br /> <br />quieted in Petitioner, to~wit: <br /> <br />VICROP'U..' <br />
