Petitioner and Respondent were both present in Court and represented by their counsel of record. Evidence was presented to the Court and the Court finds that the marriage is irretriev- ably broken and should be dissolved. The matter of property settlement was deferred until March 17, 1981, at which time a verbal settlement agreement was dictated into the record and was approved by both parties. The Court further finds that the property settlement agreement dictated into the record by the parties should be and hereby is approved. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT AS FOLLOWS: 1. The marriage of the Petitioner and Respondent is irre- trievably broken and the marriage is hereby dissolved. 2. Respondent is awarded: (a) The sum of Ninety-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($95,750.00) cash in lieu of other real estate, stock or other personal property of the parties. (b) His retirement account with the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce in the approxima"te sum of Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($14,216.00). (c) The 1979 Oldsmobile Serial No. 3N69N9X 202 253 and agrees to assume and pay any encumbrance against the same. 3.
