The last publication ofN otice of Trustee's Sale was <br />at least ten (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale, and said sale was not later than thirty (30) <br />days after the last publication of Notice of Trustee's Sale. <br /> <br />(6) Grantor conducted the sale of the real property at public auction and has <br />accepted the bid of TierOne Bank, a United States Corporation, in the sum of One Hundred <br />Seventy- Nine Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Eight and 70/100 Dollars ($179,278.70), <br />as the highest bid upon said real property.
