<br />(5) Grantor published Notice of Trustee's Sale, to be held on August 29,2007 at
<br />10:00 a.m., in the lower lobby ofthe Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska, which Notice of Trustee's Sale was published in The
<br />Grand Island Independent, once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks, commencing on July
<br />11, 2007 and ending on August 8, 2007. The last publication ofN otice of Trustee's Sale was
<br />at least ten (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale, and said sale was not later than thirty (30)
<br />days after the last publication of Notice of Trustee's Sale.
<br />
<br />(6) Grantor conducted the sale of the real property at public auction and has
<br />accepted the bid of TierOne Bank, a United States Corporation, in the sum of One Hundred
<br />Seventy- Nine Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Eight and 70/100 Dollars ($179,278.70),
<br />as the highest bid upon said real property. Grantor has complied with the requirements of
<br />the above-referenced Deed of Trust and the requirements of Nebraska Revised Statutes,
<br />Sections 76-1001 through 76-1018, (Reissue 1990), in the exercise of the sale of the real
<br />property described herein at the Trustee's Sale held on August 29, 2007.
<br />
<br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantees, without right of redemption, the
<br />Grantor's title and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustors, and their successors in
<br />interest and of all persons claiming by, through or under it, in and to the above-described
<br />real property, including all such right, title, interest and claim in interest subsequent to the
<br />execution of the Deed of Trust.
<br />
<br />This Deed is subject to all easements, restrictions or covenants of record, which
<br />Grantoris not entitled to convey pursuant to Nebraska Rcvised Statutes, Section 76-1010(2),
<br />(Reissue 1990).
