(J) <br /> ::><: CO ! <br /> \1\\1\ ........ <br /> '~ )> N <br /> ~IJ ........ -- <br /> N c.n Ul <br /> c.n ~ <br />-- <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED <br /> <br />/0- ~O <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: That TIERONE BANK, a United States <br />Corporation, TRUSTEE, upon a Deed of Trust made and entered into on or about September <br />20,2004, recorded September 20,2004 as Instrument No. 200409304 and a certain Deed <br />of Trust dated September 20, 2004, recorded September 20, 2004 as Instrument No. <br />200409305, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, by and <br />between QUINTON HENRY WRIGHT AND ANGELA ANN WRIGHT, husband and <br />wife, TRUSTORS, and TIERONE BANK, a United States Corporation, BENEFICIARY, <br />herein called the GRANTOR, in consideration of One Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand <br />Two Hundred Seventy-Eight and 701100 Dollars ($179,278.70), and other valuable <br />consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm <br />unto TIERONE BANK, a United States Corporation, hercin called the GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Seventeen (17), in Westwood Park Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more commonly known as 4171 Norwood Drive, Grand Island, NE <br />68803 <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together with all <br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee, and to <br />Grantee's successors and assigns forever. <br /> <br />Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's successors and <br />aSSIgns: <br /> <br />(1) Quinton Henry Wright and Angela Ann Wright, husband and wife, failed to <br />pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and the Grantor, at the request <br />of the Beneficiary, elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with <br />interest thereon, at once immediately due and payable. <br /> <br />(2) Notice of Default and Election to Sell was filed by Grantor on June 5, 2007 as <br />Instrument No. 200704631 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />A copy of the Notice of Default and Election to Sell was served upon Quinton Henry Wright; <br />Angela Ann Wright; by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid and first class <br />mail on June 7, 2007. <br /> <br />(3) Trustors Quinton Henry Wright and Angela Ann Wright failed to cure the <br />default referenced in the Notice of Default and Election to Sell within 30 days after the <br />service of the Notice of Default and Election to Sell. <br /> <br />(4) Notice of Trustee's Sale was published and a copy of the Notice of Trustee's <br />Sale was served upon Quinton Henry Wright; Angela Ann Wright; by certified mail, return <br />receipt requested, postage prepaid and first class mail on July 12,2007. <br />
