<br />200707254 <br /> <br />NA as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of <br />August 1, 2005 Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2005-HE4 <br />Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-HE4 by an <br />Assignment dated May 22, 2007 and recorded on June 1, 2007 as <br />Instrument No. 200704513 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee dated May <br />14, 2007, made by Fidelity National Foreclosure and Bankruptcy <br />Solutions, Inc., Attorney in fact for Barclay's Capital Real Estate <br />Inc. dba HomEq Servicing, Attorney in Fact for Wells Fargo Bank, NA <br />as Trustee under pooling and servicing Agreements, Grantor was <br />substituted as Trustee in place of Ticor Title Insurance Company. <br />The Substitution of TrustRe was recorded on ,June 1, 2007, as <br />Instrument No. 200704514 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. The fulfillment of the following <br />conditions, as specified in the Trust Deed, authorize this <br />conveyance: <br />1. Breach and default were made under the terms of the Trust <br />Deed in the particular set forth in the notice of default <br />hereinafter referred to, which default continued until the time of <br />sale. <br /> <br />2. There was filed for record on June 1, 2007, as Instrument <br />No. 200704515, a Notice of Default in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and of election to sell the <br />property to satisfy the obligations secured thereby and thereafter <br />notice of the filing of the Notice of Default was sent ln the <br />statutory manner to all persons entitled to a notice thereof. <br />3.
