<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 22, 2005, and recorded on April 25,
<br />2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200503689 wherein Todd A. Spaulding, a
<br />single person is named Trustor; and Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and Ticor Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $74,000.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
