<br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties
<br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008
<br />R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, Mark T. Porto, attorney for Grantor, did at the time
<br />and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said property for sale at public auction,
<br />and did sell the same to Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, successor by merger to Union
<br />Planters Bank, N.A. for the sum of $82,598.92, it being the highest bidder therefor. Regions Bank
<br />d/b/a Regions Mortgage, successor by merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A. has assigned all of its
<br />right, title and interest in such bid to Grantee.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $82,598.92 so bid
<br />and paid as aforesaid, I, Grantor, do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee, its successors and
<br />assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the said Manuel de Jesus Andrade,
<br />Maria Trinidad Andrade and Nancy K. Andrade Miranda, husband and wife, and hislher/their
<br />successors in interest, were seized or possessed at the time said Deed of Trust was given, or at any
<br />time thereafter, in and to the premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit:

<br />Part of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Ninety-three (93) in the Original Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island, HaIl County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to-
<br />wit: Commencing at a point in the Westerly boundary line of Block Ninety-three (93),
<br />said point being Forty-four (44) feet distance Northerly from the Southwesterly corner
<br />of Lot Five (5) in said Block, thence turning a right angle with said Westerly boundary
<br />line of said Block in an Easterly direction running One Hundred Twenty (120) feet,
<br />thence turning a right angle in a Southerly direction for a distance of Forty-four (44)
<br />feet, thence turning a right angle in an Easterly direction Twelve (12) feet, thence
<br />turning a right angle along the dividing line between Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in said
<br />Block, in a Northerly direction Eighty-eight (88) feet, thence turning a right angle in a
<br />Westerly direction for a distance of One Hundred Thirty-two (132), thence turning a
<br />right angle along the Westerly boundary line of said Lot Five (5), in a Southerly
<br />direction Forty-four (44) feet to the place of beginning.

<br />To have and to hold said real estate, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to said
<br />Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
