Nebraska. <br /> <br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, Mark T. Porto, attorney for Grantor, did at the time <br />and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said property for sale at public auction, <br />and did sell the same to Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, successor by merger to Union <br />Planters Bank, N.A. for the sum of $82,598.92, it being the highest bidder therefor. Regions Bank <br />d/b/a Regions Mortgage, successor by merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A. has assigned all of its <br />right, title and interest in such bid to Grantee. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $82,598.92 so bid <br />and paid as aforesaid, I, Grantor, do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee, its successors and <br />assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the said Manuel de Jesus Andrade, <br />Maria Trinidad Andrade and Nancy K.
