The Plaintiff was present in Court during all hearings and represented by James H Truell, <br />attorney at law. The Defendant was present in Court during all hearings and represented by Susan <br />Koenig, attorney at law; evidence was taken and the Court being fully advised in the premises, <br />following a Stipulation of the parties on June 14, 2006, FINDS, ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND <br />DECREES as follows: <br />1. That the Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this action. <br />2. That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and that reconciliation attempts <br />have failed and that the marriage is hereby dissolved. <br />3. That the Property Settlement Agreement as stipulated to verbally with the Court is hereby <br />approved by the Court and incorporated hereinafter. The Court finds that such agreement is not <br />unconscionable and equitably divides the debts and assets of the parties and provides for the <br />appropriate care and welfare of the minor children. <br />4. Custody ofthe minor children of the parties, namely; Christopher Painter, born July 23, <br />1998 and Brianna Painter, born September 29, 2001 are hereby placed with the Defendant, <br />hereinafter referred to as "father" pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation, subject to the following <br />rights of visitation in the Plaintiff, hereinafter referred to as "mother": <br />a) Every other weekend commencing the second weekend following July 30, 2006 <br />commencing Friday at 6:00 p.m. and ending Sunday at 6:00 p.m. The mother shall <br />allowed to exercise her visitation in such a manner as to also allow the maternal <br />grandparents, Dennis Fahrenbruch and/or Cheryl Fahrenbruch, to exercise visitation <br />in her place instead as the mother and her parents shall arrange.
