Motion was then made by Kevin Woodward, seconded by Eric <br />Jones regarding paragraph eight of said Amended and Restated Restrictive Covenants, <br />Restrictions and Conditions for Riverside Acres which reads "grading and landscape plans <br />shall be approved pursuant to paragraph four above. No sod, earth, sand, gravel or trees <br />shall be removed to the injury of the value of or the appearance of any lot and no unused <br />building, material, junk or rubbish shall be left exposed on any lot except during actual <br />building operations" shall be amended to read "No sod, earth, sand or gravel shall be <br />removed to the injury of the value of or the appearance of any lot, and no unused building <br />material, junk or rubbish shall left exposed on any lot except during actual building <br />operations." Motion carried with 74 voting in the affirmative and 1 against (Bill Marshall). <br /> <br />A motion was then made by Fletcher Shields, seconded by Ev Roe to approve the <br />Amended and Restated Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for Riverside <br />Acres as originally sent out and as amended this evening. Motion carried with 73 voting <br />in the affirmative and 2 against (Lonny Foster and Tim Luchsinger by Lonny Foster proxy) <br /> <br />The next item of business was the election of directors. It was stated that there <br />could be between three and nine directors. It was moved by Bill Marshall seconded by <br />Kent Wilke that seven directors be designated. Motion was unanimously passed.
