<br />200705493 <br /> <br />RIVERSIDE ACRES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. <br />MINUTES JUNE 28, 2006 <br /> <br />The meeting of the Riverside Acres Homeowners Association, Inc., was called to <br />order by Steve Lancaster, President at 7:00 p.m. on June 28, 2006 in the upstairs Green <br />Room at Riverside Golf Club. <br /> <br />Let the record show that on June 1, 2006, the Directors of Riverside Acres <br />Homeowners Association, Inc., called for the annual meeting of the property owners. The <br />meeting call was set for June 28,2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Green Room at Riverside Golf <br />Club. <br /> <br />Roll call of the members was made. Twenty-six (26) owners were present and forty- <br />nine (49) owners were present by proxy. Ev Roe had proxies for five (5) owners; Steve <br />Lancaster had proxies for eleven (11) owners; Bruce Smith had proxies for seventeen (17) <br />owners; Kevin Brostrom had proxies for nine (9) owners; Bob Clymer had proxies for two <br />(2) owners; Fletcher Shields had proxies for three (3) owners; and Lonny Foster and Kevin <br />Woodward had proxies for one (1) owner each. <br /> <br />A quorum of fifty-three (53) lot owners is required so, with a total of seventy-five <br />present in person or proxy, a quorum was declared. <br /> <br />Bruce Smith and Steve Lancaster provided an explanation of the incorporation <br />process. <br /> <br />The next item of business for discussion was approval of the Amended and <br />Restated Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for Riverside Acres as <br />proposed and distributed. <br /> <br />A general discussion was had on the draft as proposed. Motion was made by Jason <br />Hornady, seconded by Ev Roe that part of paragraph thirteen of said Amended and <br />Restated Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for Riverside Acres as sent <br />out which reads "recreational vehicles may be temporarily parked or stored upon the paved <br />driveway area of a lot for a period of time not to exceed four (4) consecutive days and a <br />total of fourteen (14) days per year" be amended to read "recreational vehicles may be <br />temporarily parked or stored upon the paved driveway area of a lot for a period of time not <br />
