<br />200703448 <br /> <br />herein by reference is hereby approved for such Subdivision. Any amendments to such Development <br /> <br />Plan shall be approved by the City of Grand Island in accordance with the Grand Island City Code. <br /> <br />The otTicial Development Plan shall be on file with the City's Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. Paving. The Subdivider agrees to install, maintain and repair at its expense <br /> <br />portland cement concrete or asphaltic concrete pavement with curb and gutter, along Timberline <br /> <br />Street, Terrace Circle and Rolling Green Drive within the subdivision. The Subdivider agrees that <br /> <br />when constructed in accordance with the Development Plan, Timberline Street, Terrace Circle and <br /> <br />Rolling Green Drive will not meet City of Grand Island street standards, and as such, will not <br /> <br />become dedicated public streets. <br /> <br />The Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to the creation of any rcpaving <br /> <br />district for Enterprise A venue or Trust Street where they abut the subdi vision. <br /> <br />The Subdivider agrees to pave Good Samaritan Place in accordance with plans and <br /> <br />specifications approved by the City's Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br /> <br />If the Subdivider fails to pave Good Samaritan Place, the City may create a paving district to <br /> <br />perform such work. <br /> <br />3. Water. The Subdivider shall, at its expense, design, construct and install a <br /> <br />public water main loop in the easements provided with the Final Plat in accordance with plans and <br /> <br />specifications approved by the Director of Utilities, and subject to the City's inspection. In addition, <br /> <br />the Subdivider shall extend, connect, and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in <br /> <br />accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Uti] ities, and subject to the <br /> <br />City's inspection. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
