Any amendments to such Development Plan shall be approved by the City of Grand Island in accordance with the Grand Island City Code. The otTicial Development Plan shall be on file with the City's Planning Department. 2. Paving. The Subdivider agrees to install, maintain and repair at its expense portland cement concrete or asphaltic concrete pavement with curb and gutter, along Timberline Street, Terrace Circle and Rolling Green Drive within the subdivision. The Subdivider agrees that when constructed in accordance with the Development Plan, Timberline Street, Terrace Circle and Rolling Green Drive will not meet City of Grand Island street standards, and as such, will not become dedicated public streets. The Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to the creation of any rcpaving district for Enterprise A venue or Trust Street where they abut the subdi vision. The Subdivider agrees to pave Good Samaritan Place in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. If the Subdivider fails to pave Good Samaritan Place, the City may create a paving district to perform such work. 3. Water. The Subdivider shall, at its expense, design, construct and install a public water main loop in the easements provided with the Final Plat in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Utilities, and subject to the City's inspection. In addition, the Subdivider shall extend, connect, and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Uti] ities, and subject to the City's inspection. - 3 -
