The parties have reached an agreement and stipulated to the entry of a judgment <br />and order quieting title to the Property. <br /> <br />CONCLUSIONS OF LAW <br /> <br />7. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. 925-401 venue is proper in this court. <br /> <br />8. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. 925-536 personal jurisdiction over the defendant is <br />proper in this court. <br /> <br />9. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. 924-302 subject matter jurisdiction over the claims <br />herein are proper in this court. <br /> <br />10. Based upon the executed Affidavit and Confession of Judgment filed herein that <br />judgment and order should be entered by this Court. <br /> <br />JUDGMENT AND ORDER <br /> <br />11. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that judgment is <br />granted in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant on Plaintiff's first cause of action <br />for breach of contract in the amount of $150,000. <br /> <br />12. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED , AND DECREED that judgment is <br />granted in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant on Plaintiff's second cause of <br />action seeking to quiet title to the Property in the Plaintiff, and that title to the Property is <br />hereby vested solely in the Plaintiff.
