Sarah Johnson resides at 10580 West Stolley Park Road, Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, and is currently convalescing at Beverly Healthcare's Lakeview facility at 1405 Highway 34 West, Grand Island, NE 68801. 4. Sarah Johnson has entered her voluntary appearance in this matter. 5. Sarah Johnson by right of survivorship from Clarence Johnson is the legal owner of real property commonly referred to as 10580 West Stolley Park Road, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, (the "Property") and more particularly described as: a. Parcel Number 400198886 Hall County, Nebraska b. In the Harrison Township, a tract of land in the SW 1/4 of Section 22, Township 11 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: c.
