<br />(5) Grantor published Notice of Trustee's Sale, to be held on March 28,2007 at
<br />10:00 a.m., in the Lower Lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska, which Notice was published in The Grand Island
<br />Independent, once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks, commencing on February
<br />9,2007 and ending on March 9, 2007. The last publication of Notice of Trustee's Sale was
<br />at least ten (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale, and said sale was not later than thirty (30)
<br />days after the last publication of Notice of Trustee's Sale.
<br />
<br />(6) Grantor conducted the sale of the real property at public auction and has
<br />accepted the bid of Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, his successors and
<br />assignors, c/o Best Assets, Inc., Mortgage Compliance Specialists, 501 Marquette Avenue,
<br />Suite 1200, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402 in the sum of Seventy-Four Thousand Two
<br />Hundred One and 21/1 00 Dollars ($74,201.21), as the highest bid upon said real property.
<br />Grantor has complied with the requirements of the above-referenced Deed of Trust and the
<br />requirements of Nebraska Revised Statutes, Sections 76-1001 through 76-1018, (Reissue
<br />1990), in the exercise ofthe sale of the real property described herein at the Trustee's Sale
<br />held on March 28, 2007.
<br />
<br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the
<br />Grantor's title and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustor, and her successors in
<br />interest and of all persons claiming by, through or under it, in and to the above-described
<br />real property, including all such right, title, interest and claim in interest subsequent to the
<br />execution of the Deed of Trust.
<br />
<br />This Deed is subject to all easements, restrictions or covenants of record, which
<br />Grantor is not entitled to convey pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76-1 010(2),
<br />(Reissue 1990).
