<br />200702631 <br /> <br />F. Remedies. If Borrower does not pay PUD dues and assessments when due, then <br />Lender may pay them. Any amounts disbursed by Lender under this paragraph F shall become <br />additional debt of Borrower secured by the Security Instrument.
