200702564 NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements of the parties, it is agreed as follows: 1. Grantors hereby grant and convey to Grantees a permanent easement for driveway purposes across Grantor's Property, which easement shall exist for the benefit of Grantee's Property. 2. "Driveway purposes" as used in this Agreement right to use as a means of ingress and egress to and from Property the present private driveway located upon Property. means the Grantee's Grantor's 3. The easement shall be repaired and maintained by Grantees at Grantees' sole expense. Grantees shall make such repairs and maintenance as are reasonably necessary for the purpose as stated herein. 4. This easement shall run with the land and shall be binding and inure to the benefit and detriment of the parties to this Agreement, their respective heirs, successors and assigns. 5. Grantees agree to hold Grantors harmless and indemnify Grantors from and against all liability for death, personal injury, or property damage caused by Grantees' use, maintenance or repair of the easement granted herein. This constitutes the entire Easement Agreement of the parties. Any modification of this Easement Agreement shall be binding only if evidenced in writing and signed by each party.
