<br />TH~ASE~ENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into this ~17
<br />day of LLt~ , 2007, by and between Edwin D. Bolanos and
<br />Angela M. Bolanos, husband and wife ("Grantors"), and Juan A.
<br />Munoz, a single person, and Delmi A. Rodriguez, a single person
<br />("Grantees" )

<br />RECITALS:

<br />WHEREAS, Grantors are owners of the property legally described
<br />
<br />as:

<br />Part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2
<br />NW1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />
<br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot One (1) in Original
<br />Town, now City of Grand Island, thence northeasterly along the
<br />south line of Fourth Street a distance of 17 Feet, thence
<br />southeasterly parallel to the east line of said Lot One (1) a
<br />distance of 115 Feet, thence southwesterly to the east line of
<br />said Lot One (1) a distance of 17 Feet, thence northwesterly
<br />along the east line of said Lot One (1) a distance of 115 Feet
<br />to the point of beginning,

<br />hereafter referred to as "Grantor's Property"; and

<br />WHEREAS, Grantees are the owners of the adjacent real estate
