<br />. . <br /> <br />200702101 <br /> <br />ARTICLE XIX - NOTICES AND DEMANDS <br /> <br />19.1 Notices or demands to LESSOR shall be effective when mailed to MARK <br />SCHUELE and PHYLLIS SCHUELE, the LESSOR, by depositing said notice in <br />the U.S. mail, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed <br />to LESSOR at Linda Lakes Groves, 20645 Arthur Court, Lutz, Florida. or at such <br />other place as LESSOR may designate from time to time in writing. Notices or <br />demands to LESSEE shall be effective when deposited in the U.S. Mail by <br />registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to LESSEE at 544 <br />Enterprise Drive, Suite E, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035-9427, or at such other place <br />as LESSEE may designate from time to time in writing. <br /> <br />7.
