<br />Backed Certificates, Series 2000 -2, for the sum of Fifty -Four Thousand One
<br />Hundred Sixty -Eight Dollars and Seventy -Five Cents ($54,168.75); and
<br />WHEREAS such Master Commissioner's sale was afterward confirmed on
<br />February �;?3_, 2007, and the said Arend R. Baack, as Master Commissioner was
<br />ordered to convey said premises in fee simple title to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota,
<br />National Association, solely in its capacity as Trustee, under the Pooling and
<br />Servicing Agreement dated June 1, 2000, Home Equity Loan Asset Backed
<br />Certificates, Series 2000 -2, its successors and assigns.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I Arend R. Baack, Master Commissioner, in
<br />consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and
<br />the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant, and convey to Wells Fargo Bank
<br />Minnesota, National Association, solely in its capacity as Trustee, under the Pooling
<br />and Servicing Agreementdated June 1, 2000, Home Equity Loan Asset Backed
<br />Certificates, Series 2000 -2, its successors and assigns, the premises so as
<br />aforesaid sold, to wit:
<br />LOT 7, IN BLOCK 3, OF KOEHLER PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota,
<br />National Association, solely in its capacity as Trustee, under the Pooling and
<br />Servicing Agreement dated June 1, 2000, Home Equity Loan Asset Backed
<br />Certificates, Series 2000 -2, its successors and assigns.
