Jorgenson, Stacie A. Jorgenson, April A. <br />Cupples, Ticor Title Insurance Co., f /k/a American Pioneer Title Insurance Co., Trustee, <br />and Beneficial Nebraska, Inc., d /b /a Beneficial Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, are <br />the defendants, Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, solely in its <br />capacity as Trustee, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated June 1, <br />2000, Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2000 -2, did obtain a <br />Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff the sum of Sixty -Five Thousand Four <br />Hundred Ten Dollars and Fourteen Cents ($65,410.14), plus interest, escrow <br />advances, title search costs and costs of suit; and <br />WHEREAS, it was turther ordered. i.n.5aid:.Decree that in default of the <br />payment of the sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master <br />Commissioner should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be <br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and <br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, Arend R.
