<br />trust and the obligation secured thereby, as more particularly
<br />set forth in the Notice of Default recorded September 20, 1988,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeas of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document No. 88-105086 of Miscellaneous Records.

<br />On september 26, 1988, copies or the Notice of Default,
<br />with the recording data shown thereon, were mailed to the
<br />trustors . and all other interested parties by certified mail,
<br />return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the addresses shown
<br />in the Affidavit recorded september 30, 1988, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />88-105293 of Miscellaneous Records.
<br />
<br />After the lapse of not less than one (1) month, Kevin
<br />L. Reiner, T~lstee, in consequence of the Notice of Default and
<br />in compliance with the terms of the Deed of Trust did execute a
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale, stating that the above-described
<br />property would be sold at pUblic auction to the highest bidder
<br />for cash in the lower lobby of the Courthouse, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on December 14, 1988, at
<br />10: 00 a.m. The Notice of Trustee's Sale was published in The
<br />Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper having general
<br />circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, with the first publication
<br />being made on November 1, 1988, and thereafter on November 8,
<br />1988, November 15, 1988, November 22, 1988, and November 29,
<br />1988.

<br />On November 2, 1988, copies of the Notice of Trustee's
<br />Sale were mailed to the Trustors and other interested parties by
<br />certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the
<br />addresses shown on the Affidavit which was recorded November 7,
<br />1988, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 88-105982 of the Miscellaneous Record.
<br />
<br />All applicable statutory provisions of the state of
<br />Nebraska and all provisions of the Deed of Trust have been
<br />complied with as to the acts to be performed and notices to be
<br />given.
<br />
<br />The above-described property was sold at pUblic auction
<br />at the time and place of said sale affixed as aforesaid to said
<br />Grantee, being the highest bidder at said sale, for the sum of
<br />$51,700.00.
<br />
