<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED UPON SALE
<br />
<br />Kevin L. Reiner, Trustee, does hereby grant and convey,
<br />without any covenant or warranty, express or implied, to the
<br />Administrator of Veterans Affairs, his successors and assigns,
<br />(hereinafter called "Grantee") the following des~ribed property:
<br />
<br />Lot Eleven (11) , Western Heights Second
<br />'Subdivision, Hall county, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above-described property unto
<br />the Grantee, its successors and assigns.
<br />
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers
<br />conferred upon said Trustee by that certain deed of trust dated
<br />June 27, 1983, executed by Jerrold H. Jenson and Sally J. Jenson,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustors, to Steward Title Guarantee
<br />Company, as Trustee, and Superior Mortgage, Inc., as Beneficiary,
<br />recorded June 28, 1983, in the office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83-003408 of the Mortgage
<br />Records, to secure payment of one certain promissory note in the
<br />original swn of $60,000.00, and interest, as therein provided.
<br />
<br />On June 27, 1983, Superior Mortgage, Inc., executed an
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed, assigning said deed of trust to Norwest
<br />Mortgage, Inc. Said Assignment of Trust Deed was recorded on
<br />June 28, 1983, as Document No. 83-005393 of the Mortgage Records.
<br />
<br />On February 28, 1985, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., executed
<br />an Assignment of Trust Deed, assigning said deed of trust to The
<br />Lomas & Nettleton Company. Said Assignment of Trust Deed was
<br />recorded on September 3, 1985, as Document No. 85-004260 of the
<br />Mortgage Records.

<br />executed a Substitution of Trustee, removing Stewart Title
<br />Guarantee Company as original trustee and substituting Kevin L.
<br />Reiner, Attorney at Law, as successor trustee. Said Substitution
<br />of Trustee was recorded on August 19, 1988, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 88-
<br />104577 of Miscellaneous Records, and was sent by certified mail
<br />to all interested parties on August 18, 1988.
