<br />7. Condemnation. In the event the Property, or any part thereof, Iihall be Laken by eminent domaln,lhe Marte_gee

<br />be entitled, at Its sole option and without noUce, to declare aU sums secured by this Mortpge to be immediately due and
<br />payable and may commence foreclosure of this Mortpge by judicial proceedings; and, proYlded further, that uPon such
<br />default the MortPI~. or a recelver appointed by a court, may at Its option and witLout reprd to the adequacy of the
<br />security, enter upon and tate possession of the Property and collect tbO! rents. wues and profits therefrom and apply them
<br />fint to the cost or collection and operation of the Property and then upon the Indebtedness secured by this Mortpgee;
<br />!aid rents, luues and profits being assigned to the Mortgagee as further security for the payment of the indebtedness

<br />10. Transfer o( Property. [f aU or any part of the Property is sold or transferred without the express written con.
<br />sent of the Mortpgee. Mortgagee may at its sole option, declare all sums secured by this Mortgage to be immediately due
<br />and ply.ble.
<br />11. Futun Advances. Upon request of Mortgagor, Mortgagee may make additional and future advances to
<br />Mortplor. Such advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage whE!O evidenced by promissory notes
<br />stating that u.ld notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secu~d by this
<br />Mortgqe, not including sums advanced to protect the Iiecurity of this Mortpge, exceed the original Note.
<br />12. MiscelWleous Provisions.
