<br />88- 105577 <br /> <br />shall maintain major medical health insurance on the minor <br />children until the age of majority or further Order of the <br />Court, <br /> <br />2. That the family home of the parties, located at <br />203 Na1t Street, Doniphan, Nebraska, legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Doniphan Village, <br />Bartelt 2nd Subdivision, <br />Lot Six (6), Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />shall be disposed of as follows: <br />a, The real estate and structure thereon shall be <br />quieted in the Respondent, subject to the encumbrance thereon <br />which Respondent shall solely assume and hold the Petitioner <br />harmless therefrom. <br />b. There is presently an outstanding mortgage on <br />the home of T>lenty-two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-seven Dollars <br />($22,687.00). At the time the family home sells, at the dis- <br />cretion of the Respondent, any net proceeds over and above <br />$22,687.00 plus cost of sale and closing costs shall be paid <br />into Trust for the minor children of the parties, Matthew <br />Jason DeFreese and Aaron Coady DeFreese, should they be under <br />the age of 19 years and if they are of the age of majority <br />then such sum shall be divided equally between the two (2) <br />children. The Trust to be created thereby shall hold the <br />proceeds for the minor children 01 the parties until each <br />child individually reaches the age of 19 years, at which time <br />one-half (1/2) of the trust res shall become the outright <br />property of such child. The trustee of the trust created <br />herein shall be the Respondent, Matilda K. DeFreese, and <br />the trust money shall be held in a certificate of deposit <br />at a bank insured by the F.D.I.C,. and all payments of <br />money from such trust shall be reported by filing an <br />accounting and serving a copy on the Petitioner herein. <br />3. That Respondent shall have quieted in her the 1978 <br /> <br />-2- <br />
