DeFREESE, <br /> <br />Respcndent. <br /> <br />There is now a Petition pending before this Court for <br />the dissolution of the marriage and the parties are desirous <br />of settling between themselves the matters of child custody, <br />support, property and debt distribution. <br />These agreements are made in contemplation of the District <br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, dissolving the marriage be- <br />tween the parties and approving this Agreement in full and <br />making it part of the Decree. If, for any reason, the Court <br />should not dissolve the marriage or not approve this Property <br />Settlement Agreement in full, then the aqreements entered <br />herein are subject to being declared null and void by either <br />of the parties. <br />1. That the care, custody and control of the minor <br />children of the parties, Matthew Jason DeFreese, born July <br />15, 197&, and Aaron Coady DeFreese, born December 28, 1979, <br />shall be in the Respondent; Petitioner shall have the right <br />to reasonable visitation with the minor children; Petitioner <br />shall pay the sum of One Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($175.00) <br />per month per child, child support, commencing on the first <br />day of the month following a Decree of Dissolution being <br />entered and continuing on the first day of each and every <br />month thereafter until each child individually reaches the <br />age of 19 years or further Order of the Court; the Petitioner <br />
