I IS ID8li <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7484 <br /> <br />88- 105237 <br /> <br />An ordinance creating Water Main District N~. 384 in the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska; defining the boundaries of the <br />district; providing for the laying of a water main in said <br />district; providing for plans and specifications and securing <br />bids; providing for the assessment of special taxes for con- <br />structing such water main; and providing the effective date <br />hereof. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CI'l'Y OF GRAND <br /> <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Water Main District No. 384 in the City of Grand <br /> <br />Island, Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying of a six inch <br /> <br />water main with its appurtenances in Sweetwood Drive from <br /> <br />Greenwood Drive to Driftwood Drive, in Driftwood Drive from <br /> <br />Greenwood Drive to North Road, and in D~:~twood Court. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The boundaries of such water main district <br /> <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the westerly right-of-way line <br />of North Road a distance of forty (40.0) feet West of <br />the Northeast corner of Westwood Park Subdivision 1 <br />thence westerly along the North line of Westwood Park <br />Subdivision and Westwood Park Second Subdivision a <br />distance of one thousand three hundred forty (1,340.0) <br />feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 29, Westwood Park <br />Second Subdivision; thence southerly a distance of four <br />hundred (400.0) feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 3, <br />Westwood Park Second Subdivision I thence easterly along <br />a southerly line of Westwood Park Second Subdivision a <br />distance of three hundred sixty-six (366.0) feet to the <br />southeast corner of Lot 1, westwood Park Second Sub- <br />division; thence southerly along the westerly line of <br />Westwood Park Subdivision a distance of four hundred <br />(400.0) feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 11, <br />Westwood Park Subdivision; thence westerly along the <br />northerly line of Lot 12, Westwood Park Subdivision, a <br />distance of thirty-five (35.0) feet to the Northwest <br />corner of said Lot 12; thence southerly along the <br />westerly line of said Lot 12 a distance of one hundred <br />thirty (130.0) feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot <br />12; thence westerly along the northerly line of Elmwood <br />Drive a distance of fifteen (15.0) feet to the <br />Northwest corner of Westwood Park subdivision; thence <br />southerly along a westerly line of Westwood Park Sub- <br />division a distance of six hundred sixty (660.0) feet <br />to the Southwest corner of Westwood Park Subdivision; <br />thence easterly along a southerly line of Westwood Park <br />Subdivision a distance of two hundred thirty (230.0) <br />feet to the Southeast corner of Sweetwood Drive; thence <br />northerly along the easterly line of Sweetwood Drive a <br />distance of three hundred nineteen and six-tenths <br />(319.6) feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 30r <br />Westwood Park Subdivision; thence easterly along the <br />southerly line of said Lot 30 a distance of one hundred <br />seventy-four (174.0) feet to the Southeast corner of <br />said Lot 30; thence northerly along an easterly line of <br />
