Plaintiff alleges that the interest, if <br />any, of the defendant Robert Lenners in said real estate is <br />junior and inferior to the interest of this Plaintiff and at all <br />times subject thereto. <br /> <br />IX. <br />Plaintiff alleges that the defendant Lyle A. Fisher, <br />may claim some right, title or interest in and to the above- <br />described real estate by virtue of a certain real estate mortgage <br />dated ______ and filed for record in the office of the Register~ <br />of Deeds of Hall County, on March 29, 1985, which record appears <br />in Document No. 85-001504 of the Mortgage Records in said office, <br />and which mortgage purports to convey the real estate herein <br />described. Plaintiff alleges that the interest, if any, of the <br />defendant Lyle A. Fisher in said real estate is junior and inferior <br />to the interest of this Plaintiff and at all times subject thereto. <br />X. <br />That the defendant John Doe No.1 through 9, real and <br />true name unknown, may claim some right, title or interest in and <br />to them, by reason of their occupancy thereof.
