<br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />88- 104068 <br /> <br />PARK GARDENS FIFTH SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island. Hall County. Nebraska <br /> <br />The undersigned, PARK GARDENS DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Nebraska <br /> <br /> <br />corporation, herein called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of <br /> <br />land comprising all of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), and part of <br />Lots Four (4) and Seven (7), Park Gardens Subdivision in the City <br /> <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Park Gardens Fourth <br />Subdivision; thence northerly along the West line of said <br />Park Gardens Subdivision a distance of one hundred ninety- <br />nine and forty-seven hundredths (199.47) feet to the <br />Northwest corner of said Park Gardens Subdivision; thence <br />easterly along the North line of said Park Gardens <br />Subdivision a distance of four hundred twenty-two and two- <br />tenths (422.2) feet to the Northeast corner of said Park <br />Gardens Subdivision; thence southerly along the East line of <br />said Park Gardens Subdivision, a distance of one hundred <br />ninety-six and fifty-three hundredths (196.53) feet to the <br />Northeast corner of Park Gardens Third Subdivision; thence <br />westerly along the North line of said Park Gardens Third <br />Subdivision a distance of one hundred eighty-one and one- <br />tenth (181.1) feet to the Northwest corner of said Park <br />Gardens Third Subdivision, also being a point on the <br />easterly line of Stolley Park Circle; thence around the arc <br />of a curve whose radius is fifty (50.0) feet, said curve <br />forming the head of Stolley Park Circle cul-de-sac, a <br />distance of approximately two hundred forty-nine and <br />eighty-two hundredths (249.82) feet to the northeast corner <br />of said Park G~rdens Fourth Subdivision; thence westerly <br />along the North line of said Park Gardens Fourth subdivision <br />a distance of one hundred eighty-one and one-tenth (181.1) <br />feet to the place of beginning, and containing 1.748 acres, <br />more or less; <br /> <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above-described <br /> <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City <br /> <br /> <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br />
