0000 103757 The parties hereto hereby acknowledge and agree that the agreements, modifications and restatement of the Note contained herein shall in no manner affect or impair the Note, or the liens, security interests and assignments of the Security Instrument, which Note and liens, security interests and assignments are hereby acknowledged by the parties hereto to be valid and subsisting, and all of the terms and provisions of the Note and the Security Instrument shall be and remain in full force and effect as therein written except as modified and restated hereby.
