Should the Trustor or its successor in interest without the consent in writing of the Beneficiary sel!, transfer. or convey. or permit to be sold. lransferred or conveyed, by agreement for sale or in any manner, its interest in the above described real estate (or any p.;.rt thereof), then Beneficiary may declare all sums secured hereby immediately due and payable, subjeclto applicahle law. The waiver by Trustee or Beneficiary of any default of Trustor under this Trust Deed shall not be or be deemed to be a waiver of any other or similar defaults subsequently occurring. This Trust Deed shall inure 10 and bind the heirs. legatees. devisees, administrators. execulors. successors and assigns of the parties herelo. The Trust Deed shall be construed according 10 the laws of the State of Nebraska. The Trustor requests Ihol a copy of any notice of default and of any notice of sale hereunder be mailed to him b} certified mail al the address hereinbefore gel forth and evidence of such mailing shall constitute evidence of receipt of such notice.
