METTENBRINK, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary," whose mailing address <br />is Rt. 3, Box 71, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801. <br /> <br /><, <br /> <br />For valuable consideration, Trustors irrevocably grant, <br />transfer, convey and assign to Trustee, in trust, with power of <br />sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and <br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the <br />following-described property, located in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NEl) of Section Eight (B), <br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />First, to ascertain the point of beginning, <br />start at the southeast corner of said <br />Northeast Quarter (NE1) ~ thence northerly <br />along and upon the east line of said <br />Northeast Quarter (NEl), a distance of Two <br />Hundred Sixty-One (261.0) feet~ thence <br />westerly, parallel with the south line of <br />said Northeast Quarter (NEl), a distance of <br />Thirty-Nine and Nineteen Hundreths (39.19) <br />feet to a point on the westerly right of way <br />line of U. S.
