<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST 1S made th1s ~ day of May, 1988, by
<br />and among RONALD L. RICHARDS and LISA M. RICHARDS, husband and
<br />wife, hereinafter referred to as "Trustors," whose mailing
<br />address is Rt. 3, Box 63B3, Grand Island, Nebraska G8BOl;
<br />BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney at Law, hereinafter referred to as
<br />"Trustee," whose mailing address is P. O. Box 790, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68802; and LEO METTENBRINK and JEANNE C. METTENBRINK,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary," whose mailing address
<br />is Rt. 3, Box 71, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801.

<br />For valuable consideration, Trustors irrevocably grant,
<br />transfer, convey and assign to Trustee, in trust, with power of
<br />sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the
<br />following-described property, located in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to-wit:
<br />
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NEl) of Section Eight (B),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and more particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br />First, to ascertain the point of beginning,
<br />start at the southeast corner of said
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE1) ~ thence northerly
<br />along and upon the east line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter (NEl), a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Sixty-One (261.0) feet~ thence
<br />westerly, parallel with the south line of
<br />said Northeast Quarter (NEl), a distance of
<br />Thirty-Nine and Nineteen Hundreths (39.19)
<br />feet to a point on the westerly right of way
<br />line of U. S. Highway No. 281 and being the
<br />ACTUAL point of beginning: thence continuing
<br />westerly along the last described course a
<br />distance of Five Hundred Four and Seventeen
<br />Hundredths (504.17) feet~ thence northerly,
<br />parallel with the east line of said Northeast
<br />Quarter (NEl), a distance of One Thousand
<br />Thirty and Four Hundredths (1,030.04) feet:
<br />thence easterly, parallel with the north line
<br />of said Northeast Quarter (NE1), a distance
<br />of Five Hundred Three and Ninety-One
<br />Hundredths (503.91) feet to a point on the
<br />westerly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway
<br />No. 281 ~ said point being Thirty-Nine and
<br />Fifty-Five Hundredths (39.55) feet west of
<br />the east line of said Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1)~ thence southerly along and upon said
<br />right of way line a distance of One Thousand
<br />Twenty-Four and Eighty-One Hundredths
<br />(1,024.81) feet to the ACTUAL point of
<br />beginning and containing 1l.887 acres, more
<br />or less,

<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets,
<br />alleys, passageways, easements, rights, privileges and appurte-
<br />nances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the
<br />rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof,
<br />including all such personal property that is attached to the
<br />improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of which, includ-
<br />ing replacements aud additions thereto, are hereby declared to be
<br />a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being
<br />agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter ref~rred to
<br />as the "Property,"
