n 102498 88- (4) AU Trustors shall be jointly and 50yerally liable for fulfillment of their coyenants and aroreements herein conlained, and all proYisions of this Deed of Trust shall inure to 31 J be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors, grant(,..*es, lessees and assigns of the parties hereto respectively.
