In consideration of <br /> <br />the acceptance of the plat of PARK GARDENS FOURTH SUBDIVISION, <br />the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the city of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at its expense <br />the following improvements: <br /> <br />1. Residential Development. The proposed subdivision con- <br /> <br />stitutes a planned unit development, pursuant to Section 36-27 of <br />the Grand Island City Code. For that reason, the Subdividers <br /> <br />agree that the continuing requirements of Section 36-27 of the <br /> <br />Grand Island City Code pertaining to residential development <br />under the planned unit development will be complied with by the <br />Subdivider. <br /> <br />2. Streets. The Subdividers waive the right to object to <br /> <br />any paving or repaving districts of Stolley Park Circle where it <br />abuts the subdivision. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Public water service is available to the sub- <br /> <br />Water. <br /> <br />division and the Subdivider agrees to connect each unit in the <br /> <br />subdivision with a separate line to the public water serviGe <br /> <br />before applying for an occupancy permit. <br /> <br />4. Sanitary Sewer.
