r r 88- 101598 SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT PARK GARDENS FOURTH SUBDIVISION In the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska The undersigned, PARK GARDENS DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Nebraska corporation, herein called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising part of Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Park Gardens Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Eight (8), Park Gardens Second subdivision; thence westerly along the North line of .said Lot Eight (8), a distance of one hundred eighty-one and one-tenth (181.1) feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot Eight l8); thence northerly along the westerly line of said Park Gardens subdivision a distance of one hundred thirty-five and three hundredths (135.03) feet; thence deflecting right 90 degrees 00', and running easterly a distance of one hundred eighty-one and one-tenth (181.1) feet to the Northeast corner of Lot Three (3), Park Gardens Subdivision; thence southerly along the easterly line of Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Park Gardens Subdivision, a distance of one hundred thirty-five and three hundredths (135.03) feet, to the place of beginning, and containing 0.561 acre, more or less; desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above-described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as PARK GARDENS FOURTH SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning commission and the City council to be acknowledged by such L L L - ~
