<br />r <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />88- <br /> <br />101598 <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PARK GARDENS FOURTH SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />In the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />The undersigned, PARK GARDENS DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Nebraska <br /> <br />corporation, herein called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of <br /> <br />land comprising part of Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Park Gardens <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Eight (8), Park <br />Gardens Second subdivision; thence westerly along the North <br />line of .said Lot Eight (8), a distance of one hundred <br />eighty-one and one-tenth (181.1) feet to the Northwest <br />corner of said Lot Eight l8); thence northerly along the <br />westerly line of said Park Gardens subdivision a distance of <br />one hundred thirty-five and three hundredths (135.03) feet; <br />thence deflecting right 90 degrees 00', and running easterly <br />a distance of one hundred eighty-one and one-tenth (181.1) <br />feet to the Northeast corner of Lot Three (3), Park Gardens <br />Subdivision; thence southerly along the easterly line of <br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Park Gardens Subdivision, a <br />distance of one hundred thirty-five and three hundredths <br />(135.03) feet, to the place of beginning, and containing <br />0.561 acre, more or less; <br /> <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above-described <br /> <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the <br /> <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City <br /> <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br /> <br />accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as <br /> <br />PARK GARDENS FOURTH SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land <br />to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements <br />belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers <br />and easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of <br />such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning <br /> <br />commission and the City council to be acknowledged by such <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />- <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />
