Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is not available <br /> <br />to the subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may provide <br /> <br />private septic tanks for each structure located within said sub- <br /> <br />division in accordance with requirements of the Department of <br /> <br />Public Works. The Subdividers agree not to protest the creation <br /> <br />of any sanitary sewer districts within said subdivision, and <br /> <br />further agree to connect any and all structures to sanitary sewer <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />mains abutting the lot upon which said structure is located <br /> <br />within two construction seasons after completion of said sewer <br /> <br />main. <br /> <br />4. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots in <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />the subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon in <br /> <br />~' <br /> <br />such a manner as to conduct storm water flow to the public <br /> <br />right-of-way. <br />5. Sidewalks. The City hereby waives the immediate con- <br /> <br />struction of any and all sidewalks adjacent to said subdivision <br /> <br />and within said subdivision. However, the Subdividers agree that <br /> <br />any and all sidewalks will be constructed by the lot owners <br /> <br />within six months after a directive from the Grand Island City <br /> <br />Council. <br /> <br />6. Warranty.
