<br />r <br /> <br />88- 101254 <br /> <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the foregoing tract of <br /> <br />land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the <br /> <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and hereby submit to <br /> <br />the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law <br /> <br />an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known <br /> <br />as HIDDEN LAKES SUBDIVISION NUMBER FIVE, designating explicitly <br /> <br /> <br />the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and <br /> <br /> <br />easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by <br /> <br /> <br />numbers and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the <br /> <br /> <br />plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional <br /> <br />Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by <br /> <br /> <br />such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br /> <br />land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of easements to the <br /> <br />use and benefit of public service utilities forever. In <br /> <br />consideration of the acceptance of the plat of HIDDEN LAKES <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION NUMBER FIVE, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree <br /> <br /> <br />with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install <br /> <br /> <br />or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br /> <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object to any <br /> <br /> <br />paving or repaving districts of Mallard Lane where it abuts the <br /> <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />2. Water. Public water service is not available to the <br /> <br />subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may provide private wells <br /> <br />for each structure located within said subdivision. The Sub- <br /> <br /> <br />dividers agree not to protest the creation of any water districts <br /> <br />within said subdivision, and further agree to connect any and all <br /> <br />structures to any water main abutting the lot upon which said <br /> <br />r--- <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />-.J <br /> <br />l <br />
