<br />MORTGAGE ADDENDUM <br /> <br />88-101:310 <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />The following are addenda to the Mortgage. Please check the applicable adden- <br />dum. The addendum checked shall be incorporated into, and recorded with, the <br />Mortgage.
