<br />88==100B69 <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The Successor Trustee published Notice of the Trusteels <br />Sale, which sale was held on February 5, 1988 at 9:00 a.m. <br />on the lower level in the Lobby of the Courthouse, City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which Notice was <br />published in The Grand Island Daily Independent, once a <br />week for five consecutive weeks, commencing on December 15, <br />1987 and ~nding on January 12, 1988. Notice of the <br />Trustee's Sale was served upon the Trustors by Certified <br />Mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, on <br />December 8, 1987. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />6. The Successor Trustee conducted the sale of the real <br />property at public auction on February 5, 1988 at 9:00 a.m. <br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The Successor <br />Trustee accepted the bid of Nebraska Investment Finance <br />Authority in the sum of Forty-Three Thousand Twenty-One <br />Dollars and Seventy-Two Cents ($43,021.72), which bid was <br />the highest bid received for said property. Grantor and <br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority have complied with <br />the requirements of Neb.
