The Successor Trustee published Notice of the Trusteels Sale, which sale was held on February 5, 1988 at 9:00 a.m. on the lower level in the Lobby of the Courthouse, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which Notice was published in The Grand Island Daily Independent, once a week for five consecutive weeks, commencing on December 15, 1987 and ~nding on January 12, 1988. Notice of the Trustee's Sale was served upon the Trustors by Certified Mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, on December 8, 1987. r 6. The Successor Trustee conducted the sale of the real property at public auction on February 5, 1988 at 9:00 a.m. in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The Successor Trustee accepted the bid of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority in the sum of Forty-Three Thousand Twenty-One Dollars and Seventy-Two Cents ($43,021.72), which bid was the highest bid received for said property. Grantor and Nebraska Investment Finance Authority have complied with the requirements of Neb. Statutes Section 76-1001 through Section 76-1018, R.R.S., 1943, in the exercise of the sale of the real property described herein, at the Trustee's sale held on February 5, 1988.
