I 88- 100118 Exhibit A A tract of land comprising a part of the West One-half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~) of Section ~venty-six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section Twenty-six (26) thence northerly along and upon the west line of said West One-half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~) a distance of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen and Thirty-six Hundredths (1,215.36) feet to a point that is Three Hundred Twenty-nine and Sixty-two Hundredths (329.62) feet south of the intersection of the west line of said West One-half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~) and the southerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence northeasterly, parallel with the southerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, a distance of One Thousand Five Hundred Forty-seven and Eighty-seven Hundredths (1,547.87) feet to a point on the east line of said West One-half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~); thence southerly along and upon the east line of said West One-half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~), a distance of Two Thousand Twenty-eight and Eighty-eight Hundredths (2,028.88) feet to the southeast corner of said West One-half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~) i thence westerly along and upon the south line of said West One-half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~), a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-six and Thirty-two Hundredths (1,326.32) feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the north Seven (7.0) feet of the southerly Forty (40.0) feet of said West One-half of the Southwest Quarter (W~SW~), leaving a net acreage of 49.108 acres, more or less, of which 1.903 acres, more or less, (being the Thirty-three (33.0) foot wide strip of land along the west and south sides of the above described tract of land) is presently occupied by public road right of way.
