<br />husband, each in her and his own right and as spouse of the
<br />other, AND PETER E. RICKERT, a single person, herein called
<br />the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of SIXTY
<br />ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS AND NO ONE-
<br />HUNDREDTHS DOLLARS ($61,385.00), received from Grantee, do here-
<br />by grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto CHIEF INDUSTRIES,
<br />INC., a Delaware corporation, the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />(W~swt), Section Twenty-six (26), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Ten(lO), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and consisting of 49.108
<br />acres more or less, and more particularly described
<br />upon Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made
<br />a part hereof by this reference.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all tbe tenements, hereditaments and appurte-
<br />nances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to its
<br />successors and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with
<br />the said Grantee and with its successors and assigns, that
<br />we are lawfully seized of said premises, that it is free
<br />from encumbrance, except easements of record, and that we
<br />have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and
<br />we hereby covenant to Wllrrant and defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title,
<br />claim and interest in and to the above described premises.
