On November 19, 1987, copies of the Notice of Trustee's Sale were mailed to the Trustor and other interested parties by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the addresses shown on the Affidavit which was recorded November 23, 1987, in the office of Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 87-106779 of the Miscellaneous Records.
