<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED UPON SALE
<br />
<br />
<br />Michael F. Coyle, Trustee, does hereby grant and convey
<br />without any covenant or warranty, express or implied, to the
<br />Administrator of Veterans Affairs, his successors and assigns,
<br />(hereinafter called "Grantee") the following described property:
<br />
<br />The West Ninety-Nine Feet (W99') of Lot Four (4), Block
<br />One (1), Hann' s Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances.thereunto
<br />belonging.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above-described property unto
<br />the Grantee, its successors and assigns.
<br />
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers con-
<br />ferred upon said Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />March 25, 1983, executed by Cory L. Myers and Nancy J. Myers,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustor, to Stewart Title Guaranty Company,
<br />as Trustee, and Superior Mortgage, Inc., as Beneficiary, recorded
<br />March 25, 1983, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83-001446 of the Mortgage
<br />Records, to secure payment of one certain promissory note in the
<br />original sum of $31,900.00, and interest, as therein provided.
<br />
<br />On March 28, 1983, Superior Mortgage, Inc., duly
<br />executed a written assignment of the Deed of Trust to Banco
<br />Mortgage Company, in regular course of business and for a valuable
<br />consideration, which assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />April 7, 1983, as Document No. 83-001658 of the Mortgage Records.
<br />
<br />On February 28, 1985, Banco Mortgage Company, duly
<br />executed a written assignment of the Deed of Trust to The Lomas &
<br />Nettleton Company, in regular course of business and for a
<br />valuable consideration, which assignment of Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on September 3, 1985, as Document No. 85-004269 of the
<br />Mortgage Records.
<br />
<br />On July 10, 1987, The Lomas & Nettleton Company, duly
<br />executed a Substitution of Trustee removing Stewart Title Guaranty
<br />Company as original Trustee and appointing Michael Frances Coyle
<br />as Successor Trustee, which Substitution of Trustee was recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on September 11, 1987, as Document No. 87-105424 of the Miscella-
<br />neous Records. This Substitution of Trust Deed was sent by
<br />certified mail to all interested parties on September 10, 1987.
<br />
<br />Default has occurred under the terms of said Deed of
<br />Trust and the obligations secured thereby, as more particularly
<br />set forth in the Notice of Default recorded on October 8, 1987,
<br />in the office of the. Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document No. 87-105932 of the Miscellaneous Records.
<br />
<br />On October 9, 1987, copies of the Notice of Default,
<br />with the recording data shown thereon, were mailed to the Trustor,
<br />and all other interested parties by certified mail, return
<br />receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the addresses shown in the
<br />Affidavit recorded on October 13, 1987, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />87-105988 of the Miscellaneous Records.

<br />Michael F. Coyle, Trustee, in consequence of the Notice of
<br />Default, and in compliance with the terms of the Deed of Trust
