The property was sold to the highest bidder, the Grantee herein, following notice of sale as required by law. The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as aforesaid, then and there sold, at public auction, to Grantee, who was the highest bidder for the sum of Fifty-nine thousand, seventy-six Dollars and forty cents ($59,076.40) therefore, the property hereinabove described. Now, therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the beneficiary, the undersigned, as Trustee, by these presents does hereby grant, remise, release and convey to Grantee all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the above- described premises together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to said premises.
