Helle, husband and wife, as Trustors, and <br />First American Title Insurance Company as Trustee, subsequently assigned to <br />Fleet National Bank, recorded February 16, 2001 as Instrument No. 200101183; <br />Assignment of Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., <br />recorded November 13, 2001 as Instrument No. 200111513; Substitution of <br />Trustee appointing Paul J.
